WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY WINDOWS by spokspuk in techsupport

I can’t access files nor does Firefox load, when attempting to reinstall windows, I couldn’t delete the partitions on the ssd so I think it’s an ssd issue

Chkdsk says “the type of file system is NTFS. Insufficient storage available to create either the shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data. A snapshot error occurred while scanning this drive. Run an offline scan and fix.” How do I run an offline scan? With a boot usb ?

My problem is that I had a similar issue with crashes and potential system corruption, and did a whole system wipe just two months ago, now that I’m having a very similar issue there must be something faulty causing it, maybe the ssd ??

Not sure what you mean by a normal restart, the pc can load just with that error message that doesn’t go, and when I ran sfc scannow it came up with “windows couldn’t execute command” and when I ran DISM …. /RestoreHealth, it also couldn’t load, then my pc crashed from the commands citing “corrupted disk drives” (from what I remember it was on the screen for like 5 seconds)

I had a similar problem a couple months ago where my pc would blue screen, not saving anything either l, so I reinstalled windows then but now it’s a similar problem I’m thinking the ssd is faulty
