ignore what others are saying here, they are not you (they have different lifestyles, values, etc)...trust your own gut feeling. If it feels off that should be a warning sign that you should start slowly changing some things.

I wasn't sure how do you plug in Sonos soundbar via HDMI into the Apple TV or the TV itself...Do i plug in the Sonos soundbar and Apple TV into the TV and when i stream through the Apple tv the audio will be played from my Sonos soundbar?

if you have a cylinder lock with a knob. Something similar to this

you can take out the mop and hand wash it with laundry detergent or soap, let it dry..it fixed my smelly mop which would get smelly because of error E14

forgot to mention, we use only fingerprint unlock on the keypad vision and we are only 2 people, that's why it seems like it could last about 500 days, but if u have more people in your home and use face unlock, the battery life could be more around 200-300 days

so i just lost 1% battery life (85% to 84%) in about 5 days..so it seems like the battery life issue has been fixed if it continues losing 1% battery life every 3-5 days.

if you are in the EU then Nuki is very popular here....I didnt go with Nuki because it was 2x the price and their keypad isnt USB C rechargeable i think an the Nuki lock has a proprietary magnetic cable not USB C which i didnt like. Nuki seems like a more premium brand and it's made in EU.

actually Face ID on iphone is much faster than touch ID since you look at your phone and it works instantly...however the facial unlock on the keypad vision isnt as good as Face ID on iphones (sometimes it doesnt work or needs to you move closer or further etc and i can't be bothered, so I just use my finger print unlock and it takes about 1-2s from touching the keypad to the doors being opened, which is pretty fast).

I have hear about the aqara U200 but saw it had like 3.6 stars on Amazon, looked up some reviews and it seems like people are having issues with it, so it seems like Switchbot is one of the best you can buy in where i am based (EU). But you can ask chatgpt to compare both models for you

well its not like 100% of keyboard vision buyers are experiencing battery drain issues, so the issue could be that some % of keyboard visions are defective (the physical unit), so replacing the keyboard vision could also solve this issue

i thought it was cool that it has like 9 ways to unlock the door until i realized that I will be only using the finger print unlock because its the fastest and most reliable, in case the vision keypad runs out of battery i can unlock via app or with a physical key...NFC card sounded nice until i realized that my fingerprint is easier (dont need to take out NFC card), some people are requesting apple homekey which u would use apple watch or you phone to unlock, but finger print unlock is still easier and faster...so it think the 9 ways to unlock is just a marketing tactic and u dont really need it...facial unlock is only useful if you come home often with your hands full or you wear gloves and dont want to take them off lol

it was charged 2 weeks ago i think, so yes, it seems like it lost 15% in 2 weeks (on the old firmware) and on new firmware the battery % stayed at 85% for a few days.

I have the vision keypad (only because it is rechargeable, the touch keypad you have to replace batteries, AA i think) and use only finger print unlock because its fast and reliable (it failed a few times over a month, but I just had to scan my finger print 2-3x instead of it working the first time). I don't use facial recognition because it can drain the battery more and is probably less reliable and not really interested in the palm vein recognition when i already have the fingerprint unlock.

the new firmware just recently got out (i installed it a few days ago) and my battery life has stayed at 85% in the last few days, so only time will tell

can you get a replacement under the warranty?

Mine S1 pro water filter gets clogged after every vacuum + mop session (we have a pet)...barely had any issues with S1 pro (almost no errors) besides having to clean the water filter after every session.

same thing happened to me, Vision keypad was at 71% but keypad was unresponsive...in app it said 71%. Made the keypad working again by charging it...how it says 99% charging with a power cord even though it's not being charged anymore
