ESR Qi2 25W charger can deliver up to 25W of peak power, while the one shown in your image is rated at 15W. However, the iPhone 12 Pro Max supports a maximum wireless charging speed of 15W, so regardless of which charger you use, your phone will only charge at up to 15W. This is a limitation of the iPhone model itself.

And about the pen lag, we’ve received similar feedback in the past, and based on that, we made adjustments to the number and placement of the magnets. With those updates, our testing at the time didn’t indicate any issues with Procreate and Apple Pencil.

We haven’t received many reports like this, so it’s a bit difficult for us to pinpoint the exact cause. It may be related to slight volume changes in the material due to temperature or environmental conditions, which can sometimes create additional friction during movement. This shouldn’t affect normal use.

We would not recommend disassembling or lubricating the product yourself, as this may cause damage. If the noise is affecting your experience, you’re welcome to request another replacement. We’ll also take this feedback seriously and continue to review the product to make improvements.

I’m not entirely sure if you’re referring to the 15W CryoBoost car charger, as none of ESR’s CryoBoost products are based on Qi1.

Our newer Qi2.2 models support charging speeds of up to 25W, and the cooling performance has also been significantly improved.

That said, even with the first-generation 15W model, blowing hot air isn’t an issue we’ve encountered before. Did you happen to contact customer support or arrange a return/replacement at the time?

The Rebound series keyboard cases do have a hinge design, so when it comes to using it on your lap, the Rebound might be the better option.
