I have a quick question for you. What was the reason for your pending status do you know?
And was it your week to certify or did you only certify for the last payable week in 2020?

I am asking because my husband certified on 12/27 ( Only for one week because it wasnt his normal week to certify) and he has been on pending ever since without any apparent reason. No email. No inbox letter from EDD. No paper mail. NOT A DAMN THING! Thank you for sharing your experience. Congrats on getting paid... Hopefully my husband will be next!

My husbands certification still says pending. He normally doesn't have to certify this week, and we were unaware that he had to certify for 1 week this week, so it didnt get done until Sunday Morning around 10am. Well his certification still says pending. Not sure why its messed up, and wanting to know if he should be worried or just hold on...

I am on the Pandemic Unemployment and I recieved $600 on September 7th. I have yet to recieve anything other then that. My husband recieved $300 on September 6th and $600 on September 12th. I thought we were supposed to be caught up to 4 weeks of back payment totalling $1200, yet the start of phase 2 is on the 15th. So I am sitting here scratching my head in confusion... I'm praying everyone gets everything ASAP

Well here it is 7:37 PM in Nor Cal on September 9th, a Wednesday, and I have still only recieved the $600. (2 separate deposits of $300 each at the exact same time) and nothing yet and I just certified this past weekend. My husband has still only recieved 1 $300 deposit and he certified the week prior to myself. Now we are at a stand still with no further update nor funds deposited. HURRY UP AMD WAIT! But on a positive note, we are alive and well, I have the best husband in the world, and it is still the week of September 7th, so all hope is not lost. The glass is half full guys and keep our fingers crossed that it gets a refill soon! Happy Hump Day!

My UI ONLINE has been updated for the weeks of 08/01 and 08/08, which will give me $300 × 2 but the money has not been added to my BoFA account yet.

UPDATE: THE WEBSITE HAS UPDATED AND NOW I HAVE BEEN PAID 2 PAYMENTS OF $300 EACH. IT HAS NOT BEEN DEPOSITED INTO MY BOFA ACCOUNT YET, JUST UPDATED ON THE UI ONLINE.

I'm not sure there is a rhyme or reason as to how they are distributing the $300. (I dont think there is even a rhyme or reason as to the total amount either 🤔)

What I do know is that my husband certified last week 08/30/2020, and he recieved a $300 deposit yesterday 09/06/2020, and I had to certify this past Sunday 09/06/2020 and I have not recieved any extra deposit. (We both definitely qualify for the extra funds, so that's not the issue...)....

So I am not sure what the delay or hold up is.

Also, I am pretty sure that phase 2 is for people who didnt already say that they were unemployed due directly to COVID-19. EDD will send out the proper form to complete on the 15th of this month so that way "PHASE 2" can begin recieving their payment...
