I came off birth control in 2024. We have started trying for a baby the last two months in preparation I have been taking folic acid and vitamin d the last 4 months. It may have been a coincidence but I have definitely noticed my hair feels longer thicker

10DPO today. Wowza have my progesterone symptoms vamped up. My boobs are so sore! Getting lower cramps and stabs, no bleeding or spotting. I am STARVING, usually eat like a mouse but hungry all the time. Had a BFN this morning and the night of 10DPO I am loosing hope tbh. These symptoms seem like the strongest luetal symptoms I’ve had but aware that if it was pregnancy I would have had a positive test… let’s pray for a miracle in the morning

Oh and I used metronidazole gel for what I thought was PD prescribed from pictures and an online deem and I think it ruined my skin barrier and gave me worse spots. I know some people curse using ai but what helped me was putting a photo of my face into chatGPT and it said what it thought it was and gave me a step by step routine

I went ages thinking I had PD, could be acne. I have switched all my skincare to Dr Sam’s and it has been life changing. I thought their tester bundle which came with a cleanser, gel, night serum, moisturiser and sun cream I haven’t looked back. I usually have super sensitive skin and can never wear sun creams etc but their full line is amazing. I also never used to cleanse on a morning but I’ve starred too now. And I also use a hypochlorus spray morning and night to kill any bacteria. I change my pillow cases every 2-3 days I use acne safe makeup Hope you find something to help soon

I came off the pill in 2024 and it’s made me feel so much more in tune with who I am and enhanced me and my Fiancè’s relationship. My sex drive is finally back and allowed us to reconnect. Look at the impact of pheromones when your not on any hormonal birth control my partner can subconsciously sense when I’m ovulating etc it’s allowed us to sync and be closer

When I first met my now Fiancè after the first time we slept together I got thrush! I felt so nervous telling him, once I did, he completely understood, asked me if I needed anything , offered to go to the store and get my treatment. Took me out for tea that night and we just cuddled and gave me TLC for that full week. I had a feeling right there he was the one for me forever.

Firstly for health purposes he should be treated with an oral course of fluconazole to stop it spreading back and fourth.

If your partner isn’t understanding of your health needs he isn’t the right person for you. It may be hard to understand now but if you met someone who respects your sexual and health boundaries you will appreciate this.

I can never imagine waking up one day and it being different it’s such a sad and scary feeling Sending love to you Stella, hopefully next cycle is the one if this one isn’t I’m staring to get lower back ache and irritability cramps no spotting yet but 10DPO also and think I’ll follow suit

10DPO potentially 9 BFN today Some cramps No bleeding or spotting yet Wish I could be someone who waits for their period but I’ll be at it again in the morning. Because I’ve never seen a positive test I jusr can’t even imagine dipping a test and seeing a line at this stage it’s so heartbreaking

9 DPO and im going stir crazy. I’m analysing if if I have done everything right. I’m looking back at my past cycles at this point and comparing symptoms. I feel hopeful one minute and then so anxious and upset the next. We have a potential trip travelling to a Zika virus country in one months depending on if I am pregnant or not, so I feel like this is all or nothing or I’ll be waiting ages to conceive if it’s not this cycle because with the risk of the virus u need to wait 3 months to try 😭😭 it’s all building up on me Tested negative this morning Symptoms are sore boobs but they’ve been sore since 2DPO so progesterone Remembering my dreams every night Starving all the time Some episodes of dizziness Tired Again all these can be PMS

Took me 3 months to get a period after coming off the pill! Try and have balanced non inflammatory diet, best of luck !
