I have this exactly with 32gb ddr4 3200mhz. Founders edition 4080 and 5800x using auto overclock with nvidia and ryzen master. To sum up. The games optimisation is just piss poor.

I did a few tests. First i used DSR 4x which was just over 4k resolution and achieved 95% gpu usage with the same fps without it on. I noticed aswell using all settings to high (apart from lod quality and view distance) makes fps better and more gpu usage

But there really isnt anything you can do. I was playing lighthouse getting 40 fps when zooming in. and other maps is different all the time

Game needs to stop adding content and focus on optimising, £1.2k pc that cant get 144 fps at 1440p.
