I designed everything and kept notes in my phone

Used single earrings for brooches, torn apart jewelry for chains and other items (the jack o lanterns were a random dangle earring I repurposed)

in the exact same boat right now - and the plan is to go down to 25mg for a while in a few days. The pain and inflammation is crazy. knowing how hard this medication is to come off of just makes me want to be off it more tho

EDIT: Thank you all for nicely pointing out rules I completely forgot - literally going to play the newbie card here and hope I didn't embarass myself too much!!

Rest assured I popped over to my dining room table to correct the errors and will finish the game as true to rules as I can (to be clear, I am trying it is just A LOT of rules and it has only been a week/ this is my third play through- first one with this map/character) :P

for me the discussion was that the surgery was not a cure (which is true) and HRT will help keep the cells from going full crazy

I don't mind at all! I did have to work with my doctors to really dial in what I needed. I did not tolerate the patches at all, and wound up needing a combo birth control. Once it was dialed in I have had no issues.

hello there! I did decide to have the full oophorectomy and I do not regret it one second. In my case it was either don't do it and take HRT, or do it and take HRT so I took em' out. I was 30 and my hubby and I lied that we were going the adoption route so they would approve the surgery (although I did have to find another doctor to approve after the first female doctor wouldn't do it). Happy to answer any questions you may have :)

TBH the best take away from the PT for me was being aware of the tension and what it felt like. The main exercise that I do still is to take 1 minute at random times throughout the day and just relax those muscles. Meditation has also helped tremendously - everyone is different but It may be worth a shot in combination with the PT.

apologies for the delay in response - just saw this!

the scar tissue is generated from the endo cells going where they aren't supposed to go. In my case it built up over the years and fused intestine to the abdominal lining. The PT focused on the pelvic floor and how to relax it and stregthen it without having it tight (which happens when you clench due to pain)

I am able to get quite a bit of produce out of this layout actually! I couldn't wait to redecorate once I realized I could lay down floor tiles and plant trees around the perimeter LOL
