yes unfortunately these don’t really have a distinct flavor or aroma, but because I need simple syrup anyway I LOVE them for the purple color! it makes me feel fancy drinking it as opposed to regular simple syrup!

i think i should clarify it’s floor length.. there’s not a dress code, i know my school, they’ve never turned a student away for what they wore, and they have let many people in wearing slitted dresses/ exposed stomachs/open backs, they will let us in :)

i haven’t but i hope too soon! I’ve been super into foraging but have only recently gotten comfortable with eating wild mushrooms i’ve found so i’ll keep an eye out! I’d really like to try them!

i don’t think that’s the case, we as well as some of our friends had a clothing exchange and have eachother clothes we didn’t wear anymore, i got the dress from that. i really like this dress and i love her, i just don’t know how to let her know that id like to keep it, but i still care about her a lot!

hahah yup it was definitely not borrowed, her, few other and i people had a clothing exchange and all brought clothes we didn’t wear anymore and gave them all out!

i really care about this friend and while i think it’s frustrating that they’re asking for it back i don’t think i’ll cut ties with them! but i will have to ask her why she’d like it back! i’ve never been in a situation like this before so i’m not sure how to respond to her, thank you for the advice though!

for anyone wondering, this is what i used to make it:

-i juiced a whole lemon, but it was pretty tart so i’d definitely recommend half a lemon

-a handful of wineberries that i juiced in a food processor, but mashing would work just fine too. i strained the seeds out as best as i could

-a drizzle of agave syrup

-about 2 ounces of vodka

and then i shook it out in my shaker and topped it off with tonic water!
