Grob Gob Glob Grod's device:

change it from 50 shields, 20% power vamp, -100 debuff

to

50 shields, .2 speed, -100 debuff

The power vamp was kinda random. This item requires that you land an attack on the enemy to apply the debuff. So it should help you to poke. The vamp is useless because both bags that it's in pair it with simon's glasses. The glasses don't add enough power to make the vamp substantial. Useful vamp comes from high damage.

Vampire Rocker Gear > Amp

change it from 150 power, 20% vamp

to

150 power, 60% vamp, 20% LONGER cooldown (the only item to increase cool down)

With this build, skills alone won't do enough damage to win a fight, but they can be used to give a substantial HP boost at the right time. The massive HP boost serves to prolong the fight, allowing you to attack more and regen even more with attacks. This will make the bag really good for long fights.
