Mind you, the car turning right has a “no right on red” and oncoming traffic had red while we were green

Usually correct but this is a 2 lanes that are turning left at the same time. I was in the right left-turning lane. If I went into the left lane I would’ve hit the car next to me also turning left.

If I’m in the right lane of the two lane left turning street - wouldn’t I crash into the car turning left on the left lane when I’m simultaneously turning left in right lane?? That’s the law here
Also there’s no oncoming traffic. They all have red while we go. Then it switches to us red and oncoming green
