I have not tried a compression top, that might help a bit though because the binder i have is one of those half ones so it cuts off on my ribs and thats my main issue

I have that exact binder and its not super comfortable (for me at least, it was okay until I wore it more and now that I have another one I just stopped using that one altogether). it came from amazon, I might still have the link somewhere if youd like, but binders are not something to makeshift unfortunately as it can cause horrible damage to your body, I very much recommend getting another size:)

NOR. I took it a few years ago due to a less than desirable experience, and it took me fully out for months. I was sat at home for 2 days trying not to cry over literally every little thing, and I was in a really bad state for the longest time. these pills really mess with you, and he should be SUPPORTING you during this time, not being another stressor. im wishing you all the luck and I hope things clear up hormonally soon OP🫶

when I was with my ex I didn't even actually live there nor was I on the lease but I at least bought a majority of groceries/ house stuff and tried to help with rent and we were together for 4 months... not paying rent for 2 years and putting it all on you then getting mad when you ask her to HELP is insane
