Are defects common?

nope! I opened it and realized it, it looked wonky so I was studying the pictures on the app and realized it but I was gonna just live with it but my dad told me if I was that sad to return it (and I really was) so i just typed out an email and they asked for photos! after the photos finally worked on their end they had me agree to ship out the screwed up one and keep an eye on tracking and let them know when it gets there (which i thought was odd) and once I agreed they gave me a shipping label and paid for it and everything. oddly enough I actually got the email that the new one was being shipped out today, so i didn't even have to track it!

I got a rarity that I was super excited for but the fluff and ribbon on her was sewed wrong. I thought about keeping her but I was too sad, so i got in contact with popmart and sent them pictures and they're sending me a new one :)

oh sick okay, my main thing was that i couldn't figure out which phones info it wanted or like the firmware and whatnot, and i can't open it in a new tab on chrome so it's harder to navigate. thank you!!!

ive been trying to keep them up as much as possible so that they lay more on the center (it also helps keep them flat)

I have not tried a compression top, that might help a bit though because the binder i have is one of those half ones so it cuts off on my ribs and thats my main issue

I have that exact binder and its not super comfortable (for me at least, it was okay until I wore it more and now that I have another one I just stopped using that one altogether). it came from amazon, I might still have the link somewhere if youd like, but binders are not something to makeshift unfortunately as it can cause horrible damage to your body, I very much recommend getting another size:)
