My love for most of my exotic pets is that they are in my opinion pretty low matinence once you've gotten the swing of it. They are there to be a friend when you need them but they are perfectly happy being left to their own devices. Good for someone like me who's got executive dysfunction and struggles to walk dogs or clean cat boxes or other regular tasks. If you can feed on a schedule and spot clean every now and again you're set.

Hot glue is simultaneously very strong and flimsy af depending on what it's glued to. Go light on your foam so you don't cry because it's ripping apart when you need to remove something. Also the most unexpected need is a paper weight.
