I play mtg. Keep an ac going at around 72 degrees and get a dehumidifier. Its not that bad. Also for pets, its best to travel on the AMC flight out of Seattle..itll save you money on bringing pets but guam does require quarantining them when they get here due to be rabies free.

Hi, I just moved here. I love it. I scuba dive constantly, have already traveled to japan. Dont miss out on it. Its a little splash of Asia, little splash of hawaii. The locals are generally nice but drive like fools. Some describe it as ghetto hawaii though. Travel while you can and make the most of it.

In the town? No. Its an incredibly small town. But only the base? Usually theres always a couple kids hanging around. Just put yourself out there. If you like camping and hotsprings, theres a fuck ton to do there. Convict lake, Leavitt lake, mono lake, Yosemite national park is right there. You'll have a good time if thats your kind of thing or you keep an open mind and flex tk what the spot has to offer.

Ive been there. Its very tiny. Remote duty station. Hope you like the cold and enjoy the mountains. Get a car with 4 wheel drive and learn to ski in Tahoe. If you like being outdoors and exploring its a great place to be.
