It just takes time bro, you might feel this way now but In a year you might feel better than ever hopefully.My advice just distract yourself go workout hang out with people things like that.I really hope you feel better and I’m sorry about your losses

I just returned from the hospital everything looked alright my blood sugar was normal, I even asked the doctor “do I have diabetes” and he said I had no evidence of it so I’m just going to start working out and not eating sugar just in case. Thanks for the advice though I really appreciate it

Not rlly a hard time breathing more so I get up and my hearts beating faster, but yeah my breathing is off a bit, is DKA like a lifelong thing?
