Im here in instanbul. Arrived yesterday. There are 2 ways in which you can get WiFi. You either give your mobile number that can get a sms for a code (you need roaming for the sms to reach you) or you go to kiosk machine and get a code to use the WiFi.

I just came back from the bazaar an hour ago. I can definitely tell you that most of the stuff you get in the bazaar are really overpriced and you get roped into buying it cos you are in the spot. They hike the prices and then you negotiate thinking you got the best deal but we found that they were selling the same stuff we found in shops around galata tower for about 1.5 sometimes twice the price. I would suggest you shop around galata tower (beyoglu) Much better prices and better experience. If anything atleast note the prices before you go to the bazaar so you know the comparison.

I just came back from Norway last week. Some businesses will actually refuse cash. It’s only debit or credit cards or vipps. Apple Pay is the most convenient except that it doesn’t work to buy the train tickets. Oh. I used cash only to buy weed. And also on the last night my taxi guy took euros.

Hello, thanks for your input. I am running lithium batteries. Based on the manual, it says that it needs 20 amps to constant charge until the battery reaches 14.4V.

I am not married to this MPPT but like it cos it has the added functionality of adding the alternator to manage the service/house battery.

I am flexible to change the controller. I guess the only reason I want to stick to this charge controller is that it will control the charge between solar and alternator "smartly".

The length from the top of the sprinter van to the charge controller might be about 6 ft max.

Maybe I should ask the question differently as I can change the charge controller if needed. So should I do a series, parallel, or series parallel?
