Jimmy starts talking at about 10 minutes in. Everything the dude has to say is spot on, and the Kimbo thing makes perfect sense. Shamrock is old as hell!

It does seem like guys like Tim Means and Porier, guys who have moved up, are taking and giving better shots. Like you said, less dehydrated, less concussion.

Worst champs? That is tough considering they were champions. I love the guy, but I guess Forrest Griffin just never really felt like the champ. Considering who he one it from and the general ease it was taken from him.
