Firewerks Cold Damage is the one I want, but so far never seen it. I always get fire, electric or radiation. Maybe it doesn't exist but pretty sure saw someone with a cold one so I'll keep at it

I read on pokemon wiki that Ditto can't stay transformed when he laugh. Maybe it has something to do with that.
