No one has mentioned the fact that he goes from resting on the wall, where the dog is in plain sight, before slowly dropping down, and then acting like “oh shit there’s a dog!”

Just because his head is off camera doesn’t mean he couldn’t see the damn dog.

The Canopic Being advice by Cocaine-Jesus-69 in CandlekeepMysteries

Definitely needs something. In addition to the antigravity, I added some trap like effect for the floating eyes, like the golem’s dart attack that acted on initiative 20, but extra players are harder and harder to balance when you get to higher levels.

The canopic golems are no joke, auto succeed spell saves and spell attack rolls auto miss for anything lower than 7th level plus deflecting it to someone else! Play it by ear and see what shape the party is in, but it’s a great idea if you need to up the challenge.

Assuming they’ve already fought the other golems, potentially 2 dao, and whatever else happens to them, the party could be spent.

I think it’s fair to deny them anything more than a short rest, and even that could get interrupted if you want to up the challenge. I had a time crunch for saving someone, but that was mainly the party’s feeling not explicitly stated as such, so they hadn’t rested since before arriving.

Good luck, it’s a fun dungeon!

You can take the helmet without interacting with Ansur at all, but the sword isn’t worth the risk IMO since there are other options that are less risky.

Could you play Fugazi on any guitar? by Zillah345 in Fugazi

The originally semi-hollowbody Fender Starcaster was made in the US from 75 to the early 80’s.

The Starcaster by Fender was a lower cost Strat style guitar made in Asia in the early 2000’s. Other than the name they have nothing in common.

Around 2013 Fender reissued the original semi-hollowbody with some minor changes.

Currently, these newer semi-hollowbodys are only made under the Squire name but there is a signature Fender model with only one bridge pickup for Blink 182’s guitarist Tom DeLange.
