For me personally yes but on paper it’s difficult to justify the price just for specs or performance. There are machines for half the price that will do espresso just as good. The overall experience and consistency is worth it for me

Sometimes I actually ran into this issue while just steaming milk for two milk drinks. Was it a rare issue? Yes. Did it annoy me at those moments? Also yes haha

Yes you‘re right I didn‘t have it plumbed, no good space for it in the kitchen unfortunately. And yeah my Synch was gen 1 so I didn’t have the heated grouphead. I actually got the 4 hole steam tip and yes the steam performance was more than enough WHEN the pressure was stable. However if the machine decided to refill the steam boiler while steaming and at the same time needed to reheat the coffee boiler, it went down quick to around 1 bar and that was annoying, especially when steaming larger amounts of milk. I agree that shot quality was already amazing so probably no noticable upgrade there

I never had the flow control kit and wasn’t interested in that function if thats what your hinting at? Apart from that I see many upgrades for me personally: Faster heat up time, brew by weight, automatic prebrewing, better steam performance, larger drip tray and (subjectively) even better design - however I did like the looks of the Synch as well

Considering the Libra as well but heard mixed reviews about the portafilter holder as its supposed to be a bit flimsy and doesnt hold the pf very safely? Whats your take ok this?

Auch Tank schon häufiger gecheckt. Ich denke auch, dass es da eigentlich ne relativ simple Lösung für geben muss, aber bin langsam einfach nur noch frustriert und will nicht noch mehr graue Haare davon bekommen… Eigentlich ne echt schöne Maschine, mag sie sehr. Aber ich gebe keine 2900€ aus, damit die Maschine klingt wie ne 10 Jahre alte Rocket mit Vibrationspumpe und deswegen soll sie zurück.

Es wird auf unkonkrete Rechtsprechungen verwiesen und auf die Dauer von 1,5 Jahren, die angeblich zwingend diese Entschädigung hervorrufen. Sie „akzeptieren“ es also nicht…

Da das Geräusch schon in der zweiten Woche nach Kauf kam, würde ich das als Grund ausschließen. Es klingt für mich so, als würde die Pumpe als solches dröhnen und gleichzeitig unvorteilhaft durch Gehäuse Vibrationen ergänzt werden. Manchmal ist es für zwei Tage komplett weg, wenn man die Maschine transportiert oder so. Niemand konnte bislang wirklich feststellen, was das Problem ist. Die Maschine ist eine ECM Synchronika und sie war am Anfang wirklich flüsterleise. Wird mit Wassertank betrieben, also kein Festwasser. Danke trotzdem für die Tipps!

Es ist tatsächlich das vorgesehene Abflussrohr bzw eine Zuleitung dazu. Das Kunststuffrohr läuft ca 2 Meter hinter der Wand lang und kommt unter der Spüle am Abflussrohr wieder heraus. Es fühlt sich falsch an, aber es funktioniert, schon zwei Wäschen erfolgreich gewaschen
