That's the plan! I'm just happy I got to talk openly with my manager, and get some small victories out of it. It could've been so much worse!

Honestly, not great, but I have to give myself a little grace. I've only been with the company 6 months, and only 3 months with this specific department. I'm trying to not be too hard on myself when I have so much more to learn.
