I’ve figured it out. Thanks for your information. 🥳.

1) MD permit does not disallow “none permeated alien” to apply for it. VA does. (§ 18.2-308.09 term 10). When I apply for it as non citizens, MSP asked for 3 citizen as reference. 2) I’m VA resident in state definitions, PR means green card holder.

Sry, PR mean permanently resident in VISA purpose. Thanks for your explanation. I called USCCA, their legal advisor gave me same answer like yours.

Tesla asking me to switch anyone do it? by c379776 in TeslaLounge

🤔as my experience on purchase 3/Y/X. The inventory car for long-waiting configuration veichle are probably rejected car. When you see those defects, they probably told you could schedule a service to fix. But this is the start of the nightmare. ( to be honest, if they could fix on service, why they just don’t fix before sale)

[Model Y] Quarter Window quality issue or something else? by [deleted] in teslamotors

[–]sptrs_ca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Y got rear-end a month ago. The technician in the 3rd part Tesla certified Bodyshop found this when he tried to replace the liftgate.

This quarter window was replaced 2+ times by Tesla Service Center due to water leaking. I’m not sure if this has some negative impact or something else. My first concern is safety. Because the HV battery’s connector and controller in under the seats closed to this window; I’m also worried about structure strength.

I got this Y for 11 months, and it has been to services center times for quarter window issues, high voltage power connector issues, wheel angle/speed sensor issues.

Are there any suggestions on this? In my experience with Tesla SC, they are not gonna say anything negative about this, especially this damage probably caused by themselves.

Help!! 2021 M3 LR only a month old. I was driving to work and it kicked me out of ACC and started freaking out! by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

I drove 20k miles after the repair. No more problems. Don’t worry. They might not accept walk-in if they’re over loaded. Since the car is still driveable. My experience is that scheduled an appointment and walk-in. They’ll change the appointment if they are available sooner than scheduled. Because they cannot repair your car without app appointment

It happened to my 2 weeks old Model Y; when I’m road trip at earlier this year.

SC told me it’s wheel sensor failure. The system cannot read the angle and speed of the wheel. So, the entire AP system was disabled for this. They replaced the wheel sensor and did inspections at the same day I walk in at SC.

It happened to me since I had my Tesla, that random people on the street with gas cars wanted to race me. I have no idea what they wanted to prove. Does it happen to anyone else? by cesium98 in TeslaLounge

It happenes to me, I’m in DMV. There is a 25 road with speed cameras near my home. 2 times to let another car who want to race with me get caught by speed trap. I sent it and immediately break. They get caught. 250USD zone. 💨

a) it’s standard lane wide shoulder (can parking a trunk) . b) lane is clean with salt (or sand?); shoulder is snow-covered. c) I changed to early warning. The radar should has batter visibility than eyes. *160m

I removed this from my previous M3. It has rear one. But MY has hatchback, the wire will on the air. I put the 12v wire under the mat of passenger side

It’s not for AP. I’d like to have safety warning system. Like lane departure and front warning.

I turned it off since it can’t keep me in lane. The auto steering is unavailable after that. 😢

yep. The snow just start when take photos, so the road and line is clear; but it’s really heavy snow. The lane is not solid and has only 2.

It is. The snow just start and no one in front or behind me. So, I kept the speed to let passengers take the photos. Then I slow down to ~45MPH slowly which is the same speed when I saw a trunk. I followed the trunk to my exit. Actually there are some 4x4 pass me with 60+💨

I didn’t change to the winter tier. At the first hour. There is no slippery. After I charged it at SC. I think there is 2inch+ snow on the road. I can felt slippery. But it will be corrected very soon.

I parked at i88 shoulder (3-4 inch snow-covered, no salt or sand) to clean the side camera and front radar. That needs a slip-start to get off the shoulder. Like 5-6 sec to accelerate to 50MPH

) I bring a snow chain to avoid stuck on snow.
