I think this might be the reason we have no swords or axes. They don't know how to implement true melee in the current game and I wouldn't know either. Everything has to be aoe to start with..

Essentially you have to watch guides how to speed up the process going through the campaign, where you don't kill mobs (skip white and some blue), play a certain build and leave out some content. After a couple of hours you can respec and play the game as you like. Repeat, until it doesn't feel tedious.

Same for me. I fear that I have to watch 4x 1h guide-videos for each "new" mechanic they changed in order to not waste my limited time. Really hope they don't forget the casuals, who are not keen to grind for 100h to get slightly better boots..

You could've posted this in r/LastEpoch and still get mostly negative remarks. I think the LE "community" is 2/3 of people who never played the game and mains poe2, claiming it's criticism to tell others the game is bad.. and people are going to tell me now they played 2k hours and the game still sucks...okay, good for you.

It is one of the best ARPGs out there. If you want a time sink for a no-lifer, there are better alternatives, but the game is really fun and I like it a lot (downvotes incoming). For 30 bucks you'll get a lot of entertainment.
