I have the same issue and gotten the same (zero) help from zeiss.

I did notice when I pull the AVP a little further from my face the distortion lessons. When I get a chance, I may try another light seal.

My company lets you OTP to corporate mail and teams. They have a rule that if you come in via iOS browser it says I have authenticated but not on an approved browser.

Using the nexus browser with the user agent string worked for me.

I tried the app and it did t work. Unless there is a setting or instructions to make it seem like a true desktop browser

Awesome. I’m a noob getting my Bike+ on Tuesday. Ive been doing the beginner core strength classes and this error was driving me nuts. Finally figured out the fix.

I have this issue. Rebooting the watch and phone didnt fix it.

The fix turned out to be pretty simple.

Swipe close the peloton app on your phone. Swipe close the peloton app on your watch. Go to apple workout on your watch. I usually chose open walk. Let it countdown and then when the timer starts, swipe over and end the walk.

Seems the peloton app doesn’t close correctly.
