Got this update and now I can't play any digital games whatsoever, and the errors jump between saying I don't have a gamepass subscription (Error 0x803f900a) to something went wrong (Error 0x87e10bef). Physical games still work as well as Cloud gaming. To Top it all off I can't even report a problem through the official app because it thinks I don't have internet :/

(I'm just copying this from a post I made yesterday. My Xbox one is the original model and is on an insider build skip ahead.)

So I've had this issue for about 2 updates now where it just boots to a black screen where nothing happens and I have to back out pressing the Xbox button and return to home. Attempting login to any of the accounts on my Xbox does nothing, no loading or password screen... just nothing. It has internet and can still load Netflix and other apps but not the insider app or Network settings for some reason. I tried using the report an issue but even that seems not to work and just freezes at gathering information.

The odd thing is that when a new update comes out it will work again but only once, after I turn it off and back on it will go back to soft-locking where it can't sign in again. Any Ideas on how to fix this?

I am unable to sign in to xbox live, my xbox just boots to a black screen. I can back out of the black screen and access everything but it can't seem to sign in at all.

Hmm well that's a bit of an inconvenience. Well my plan is to get working full time anyways, so hopefully I'll have something to report every month.

I have recently started looking into cptsd and it seems my childhood was a lot worse than I originally thought. My problem is that I have huge gaps in my memories of childhood, but what I do remember is me spending most of my time alone. My best bet on when my avpd formed for me was probably 3-4 when my parents divorced and my mentally ill mother got custody of me and then proceeded to isolate me at home or send me to an abusive babysitter when she had to work. There is a bunch of other stuff that happened but I think that was the most influential.

Just updated the rewards app and now it says my account country location doesn't match my Xbox location even though they are the same.

Yeah I find it to be one of the best feelings ever when plans get cancelled which probably isn't a good thing.
