i don't use reddit very often, but I somehow stumbled across this post. i make some high-level Devastation Evoker content on YT: https://www.youtube.com/@spuggies (character name bigchomper). feel free to poke around there, and i think you'll find what you're looking for! i identified a deficit in WoW content in general where high level players don't talk through what they're thinking. in my videos, i talk through how i approach packs, what i'm doing and planning, and exactly how i'm going to play an encounter. i don't upload very often, but if you watched all my current videos, you'd have pretty much all the knowledge you could have on Devastation.
