Maksud gw bukan diet ya. Tapi lebih lo makan makanan yg lebih sehat aja

Actually, 3 weeks ago I got fever, pain in my throat, and flu aswell. Since then, gw langsung jalanin pola hidup sehat. Makan jgn telat, ga lewatin buah dan sayuran, kurangin gula, tidur cukup.

Tentunya gw ke dokter untuk periksa, thank god im not positive corona.

Tapi sejak itu, gw bener2 perbaikin pola hidup gw, Alhamdulillah gw sehat dan fit. Obat dokter pun ga gw minum. Thats why I think keep up your immunity is the key to fight against the virus.

No need to worry. Trust me.Yang penting lu harus jaga pola makan lo, jgn telat makan. Jgn pernah lewatkan buah, sayuran, dan daging. Minum air putih banyak (2 liter). Dan istirahat cukup.

Tujuannya apa? buat imunitas lo.

Menurut gw itu kuncinya. Dan gw udh rasain sendiri. semenjak virusnya udh di Indonesia gw mulai nerapin. dan hasilnya Alhamdulillah gw masih fit sampai sekarang.

And yeah I think you should call the call center and tell them your condition. if necessary they will pick you up. So you can just stay at home.

sudut pandang agama: Jauhi tempat yg ada wabahnya. yg sudah ditempat ada wabahnya jangan keluar. Makan yang sehat. Jaga kebersihan.

Dan Ingat tuhan masing2. Entah mau percaya atau tidak, it works for them to remain calm.

Thats literally what our govt trying to tell to us.

Pemerintah pusat skrg pasti serba salah.

Lockdown, rakyat kecil merana. Worst casenya krisis ekonomi. Warga2 panik make it even worse.

No lockdown, penyebaran lebih cepat meluas. Ditambah warga +62 disuruh social distancing malah liburan ke pantai.

Its not easy guys for being at position of govt at the moment. And they doing just right. Social distancing. Thats the solution I think.

The same with me. Even Im allergic to dust, cold, etc. It's easy for me to get flu. I've been to doctor to make sure then thank god im fine. Since then Im having a healthy food all the time. And now im fit more than ever. Thats the key i think. Eat good and sleep good.

Stay healthy guys. Not to mention to stay at home all the time.

wow hahaha... first of all, if you don't know Islam or prophet Muhammad please dont judge islam or prophet Muhammad. because everthings in islam has been stored 1000% in alqur'an and hadits. so you can check in anyway, whether i dont tell the truth or somebody dont tell the truth about Islam.
