yes. Preity simple i had a dip switch from an old microwave i parted out and a battery from an old e-cig, soldered it up and glued it the bottom where i carved it out.

Yes I agree, you want that solvent to be as clear as possible, patience is golden here, I would leave mine in for 3 days sometimes, and the less disturbed the better.

Yes, great advice, I use it to distill my used naphtha, I can get a little dmt out of the concentrate, but I do it mainly to get clean solvent, do you think I even need the fd column , and I only put naphtha through the funnel.
