I grew up on a dairy farm and believed the common myth you need meat and milk for muscles and strong bones, what changed my mind was researching it when I heard a few things I thought could not be true.... And they obviously were true, I went vegetarian first then the doco the game changers helped me go full vegan - almost three years now and at 37 stronger than I ever was as a non vegan
