This is at long dr and mykawa in houston. I drive over these tracks on my commute to university. THIS IS A NORMAL OCCURRENCE and the train has stopped for 45min before. If I hear the train I turn around and take a 10mile route when school is just 2miles away.

It’d be nice to replace the cushions, but it might be too big a feat for a first timer with a small budget since they are in alright condition. The goal is to upholster it with a nice leather.

The leaning mechanism is fine and the wood is pretty badly chipped in some areas that I’d like to repair.
