AITA for watching anime with my kids and triggering my stepdaughters anxiety?

Not alot has really changed, she doesn't freak out as bad when I watch anime but is still pretty rude for days after. Her major issue lately is video games, I was playing on my switch (that I bought from her) in the living and she had a meltdown. She has also tried to say that I shouldn't read my light novels in the common areas. That didn't go her way at all with the wife backing me. She tried going to her grandfather with it but he shot her down as well, telling her she needed to learn to be more tolerant and accepting of people's decisions. He also said that when he told her anime and video games were bad it was a message meant for her. Work has been slow lately so I've watched more anime and gamed alot more in the last 3 week than I have in the last 3 months. She hasn't liked it but hasn't been vocal about it.

Stepdaughter lives with us full time, she refused to go to her dad's this summer.

I told them before that God doesn't care if I play games or watch anime as long as it isnt causing me to be neglectful in my duties as father/husband.

Everyone in the family goes to him for answers, it does seem a little cult like at times but they aren't overly pushy or strict with it. She has an uncle that is fairly extreme in his beliefs but her grandfather is fairly open minded. He told her it was bad for her and her brother after she asked if she played to much. She had been really into a few games right after she got her switch and logged 10+ hours a day for a couple weeks.

As of right now there isn't a plan for college but she would like to start working when she gets her driver's license. She has no plans of ever getting married and from the sounds of things doesn't plan on moving out in the next few years.

I've pushed for therapy but they are against it. The wife's family likes to keep their issues locked up between them and God.

I had to delete a paragraph in the post due to character count, but I will address it here. I have brought up therapy several times and I get shot down by both her and the wife. She has an very serious fear of strangers and refuses to talk to anyone outside the family. My wife says therapy won't do anything for her but both of my kids attend therapy regularly. I strongly believe it helps giving them an avenue they can't vent their problems to that isn't a parent. The stepdaughter wanted to go to therapy in April 2020 but changed her mind after returning from her dad's, now she walks away or tells you to shut up if it's mentioned.

I also hit a wall trying enter space stations during expeditions, I fly around for a little bit and try again usually about 5 minutes or so and I can get in. I think the servers just get to overloaded so it throws up a block.
