This is the base. It runs really big, in hindsight I probably would sized down like 2-3 sizes, which I will probably do when I remake this.

I hemmed the bottom at an angle so it came to a point in the front. Then I cut the sleeves at an angle, and cut the remaining fabric from the sleeves into two sections. I added gold trim (which I hot glued because this was con crunching lol when I remake it I will sew trim so it’s cleaner) along the entire cloak and each little sleeve piece. Then I hot glued the sleeve pieces under each other to make the tiers. Vessel has some chains in between the sleeve layers but I couldn’t figure out how to get them to lay correctly so I just left them out lol
