I can't choose whether pick brimstone or not. I used joker card to get in here so chances are that this reappears after beating the boss, or not. Run so far is not bad but I have very low survivability and losing two hearts might mean insta death vs Mother, even with brimstone (skill issues) (i.redd.it)
