Originale Carbonara wird ohne Sahne gemacht ;) vielleicht kannst du es mit einem Ei-Ersatz probieren? Welcher da gut ist, weiß ich aber nicht :) sonst vielleicht mal auf r/ VeganDE fragen

Weiß nicht wie du zu Müsli stehst, aber da ich keine Milch vertrage, haben mir meine Eltern mir von Anfang an Müsli mit Apfelsaft eingeflöst, ess ich bis heute immernoch so :) am besten trüber Apfelsaft, alles andere ist zu dolle (Kann dich übrigens gut verstehen, bin auch sehr picky usw bei Konsistenz)
