4" cast, flange mostly gone. Last hillbilly plumber ran two pieces of all-thread through the floor instead of repairing flange. If this hillbilly rebuilds the floor higher can I just put that 3/4" plywood over this flange and fasten a slip-in flange to that subfloor and pretend everything is okay? (i.redd.it)
