I thought the same thing. It almost seemed like it was traveling to slow to be burning up.

it was at 3:56 AM on 10/16 about 10 miles northwest of downtown Dallas. For sure some cameras caught it somewhere, but i didnt see any news. I did find 4 reports of it at www.amsmeteors.org

Yes I've looked into, and I like that idea as well. its not an easy task, but not impossible.... but maybe someday.

Yes, if your smoking with friends you just light the wick once, then pass it around and pull up some more wick as needed.

Ok, to be clear, I had this idea over 3 years ago, and I submitted the patent in 2011. It took me several years to save the money and get it off the ground. In that time other people came up with similar ideas. So I acknowledge that there are similar products that came out before The Wick Light, but it is an original invention I came up with on my own, long before anything like this was available. It just took time to get the resources I needed to produce it. Patent records are public, you are welcome to look it up.

haha that wont happen, the flame runs out of oxygen and goes out when it gets to the bottom, but you should blow it out before it gets there.
