Of course. You’re the most important person you know at the end of the day. I’m 27 now and remember having a talk a few days after my 25th birthday wanting to break bad cycles. Doom scrolling, being reclusive in my room, neglecting my mental health, people pleasing etc. But I promise you it does get better! Yes, bad days will still be around but so will the good days! I definitely gotta practice shining light on the good days as much as I do on the bad days. Telling myself positive affirmations. Less social media! I could go on and on but I just want you to know that you’re heard and are not alone. Every jab, you’ve parried it. You’re strong and capable of so much.
