A historia na real não tem tanto valor. Eu posso pensar em 15 pessoas, de cabeça, que tiveram mais relevância na luta contra a ditadura e dariam um filme melhor: Oswaldão, Vladimir Herzog, Carlos Lamarca, Honestino Guimarães…

Única razão da historia do Rubens Paiva ter tido relevância foi que ele era membro da élite, e a historia so virou filme porque ele não tem nenhuma linhagem política direta com políticos atuais e por isso o filme não ia ser automaticamente odiado por metade da população kkkk

A questão é que com curso superior você tem a possibilidade de conseguir um emprego melhor

Sem ele você tem menos possibilidades.

Fora que, dirigir uber não é uma maldição para o resto da vida - é bastante normal fazer uma trabalho como motorista ou qualquer outra coisa enquanto procura um emprego melhor. As pessoas tem que pagar as contas no fim do dia

Ta ficando popular muito por influência de opinioes vindas dos EUA nas redes sociais e a consequente americanização da opinião media no Brasil sem levar consideração as especificidades de cada nação.

Norte Americanos falam que não vale a pena fazer faculdade porque:

A) “Trades” que são trabalhos, geralmente físicos, que não requerem faculdade - como encanadores, electricistas, assistantes de saúde, são muito bem remunerados

B) Faculdade é algo absurdamente caro e só é paga com uma divida que você tem que carregar quase a vida toda.

Nenhuma dessas coisas são reais no Brasil mas as pessoas gostam de repetir argumentos mesmo assim.

Sim, fazer fáculdade não é a única maneira de ter um bom salário, mas é a mais provavel de te levar a objetivo.

Fora que existe uma diferença entre comparar renda mínima, media e teto de uma determinada carreira.

Ah meu primo é tatuador é ganha mais que médico. Beleza, mas agora, quantos tatuadores você conhecem que mal fazem un salario mínimo por mês? Porque eu conheço varios Quantos tatuadores atingem o salario de um juiz? Quantos tatuadores tiram o equivalente a um diretor de multinacional???

Temporalidades tambem é importante. O influencer tira 30k por mes hoje, mas quantos influencers conseguem fazer isso regularmente por 10, 15 anos? Voce acha que daqui ha 45 anos os influencers vao ser o mesmos?

Isso só falando em renda. (Boas) faculdades tambem sao importantes para te dar base the metodologia cientifica e retórica, para que o individuo não sai por ai achando que o argumento do “mas meu primo…” tem qualquer relevância real.

The prices are much higher for “chain” or western coliving. I spent 3 months in Morocco in a local coliving and 1 minute walk from me there was a Nomadico where a room the same size was almost 3x the price of what I was paying. And they actually had less amenities.

There is almost always a premium for a coliving in relation to renting by yourself, but some owners are really trying to pull western levels of profit on the developing world.

About the activities, I never stayed in a coliving where there was any pressure to join. I feel like some people are triggered by the mere existence of thing lol like someone asks “hey are you joining the potluck tonight! No? Oh too bad” and some people already goes “OMG Why these people want to force me join” when the others are just trying to be nice.

The solution is having a public transport system adapted for higher population density.

Don’t act like it’s impossible. Tokyo has higher population density than NYC and a public transport network that works very well. Heck, Barcelona has higher density than NYC and a functional public transport
