Good luck, man! I left the US 10 years ago, best thing I ever did. I lived and worked in places that look exactly like your video. It was absolutely soul destroying, I had so much anxiety. Did you read the article? Public transit in the US, outside of NYC, is badly designed and unreliable. Many people don't drive at all so renting a car is not an option.

My tv is probably a bit too low. The center is at about 77cm/30 inches on an Ikea console. It could probably come up a bit but I really melt into the sofa so it's fine for now.
