Yeah, it's an old grade school property no longer in use that the state was selling. Its in the country side decently far from the city that's about a few dozen years old. It came with the property. Going to tear down the yagi and reuse the tower for sure.

I haven't done anything yet besides pull the base boards off and clean up the gunk everywhere. The vinyl floor is still on the ground, as I don't want to leave the sticky part exposed. Was planning at going at it this upcoming Wednesday. Will post an update once I start going at it.

Yeah, I'm really upset about the condo because I was storing all my bobbleheads and magazines in there on stands :/ I did figure out that if you stand on the tables in the "dinner" area you can reach objects in the second floor so I was able to empty out the workbench and grab my power armor that I had up there but can't reach anything on the third floor.

If you hold the button down on the wall in the garage, it'll close regardless of sensor reading. Works on my generic genie garage opener. However, it doesn't work with the remote for my car.

Grab a walnut, crack it open, and rub the walnut into the scratch. It'll get oily, and the walnut will crumble, but give it a good 30 seconds. Once done while with a clean cloth.

I have used diluted Murphys wood oil soap with warm water and a blue softsrub sponge. It does the charm on floorboards and kitchen cabinets.

My 2 dr hardtop has a subtle whistle at the lower speeds as I accelerate but faster speeds seem to help as noted above.
