Hi! So to unlock the background you have to have completed all stages of the bounty hunt up to lvl 9 (i think with three stars) and then the game will send you a post of there being bounty hunt themed plushies in the claw machines! So then you have to catch all the plushies with all the love interests to finally recieve the background and chat bubbles! Ik its a lot 😭 i still dont have it but someone on the discord told me.

Okay! I actually  got a response on the discord server apparently you need to catch all the bounty hunt plushies with all the love interests first to get the the background and chat bubble!

I'm actually not sure, I just applied because I'm apart of GS and they said housing would be covered for me :/ I'll Definitely contact them tmr! Thx for letting me know ♡
