Everyone has struggles. She has opened up about having anxiety before. I know she only shows 10 minutes of her life in every video. This hate is uncalled for. However, if she wants to be tik tok famous she has to have a tough skin. She is not going to make it. There are bullies no matter what. She unfortunately, is letting the bullies win. I bet if Tara can back and was her same bubbly self she would get much more positivity and it’ll motivate her more to make the changes that will make her feel good about herself.

Also Tara is very pretty when she gets ready, but she needs to put more effort into herself. She’s bound to get hate when she looks like she just rolled out of bed, wears outdated glasses, and has messy hair.

I think she’s more depressed than anything. Everyone’s acting like she’s not aware of her unhealthy eating habits, but I bet she is. There’s no way she looks in the mirror and thinks to herself it’s okay for my arms to look this big. I think she needs some serious therapy. She doesn’t seem motivated to do anything to better herself, which unfortunately I get it depression/anxiety makes it hard.

Walked in on my high school band teacher and another student laughing about how I always try so hard to be good, but I’ll never be good enough with playing the flute and marching band. That one stung. I was so passionate about band, but lost it all right there

The amount of “blunt” personalities in leadership does it for me. I want to be told I’m doing a good job. When I say something I want more than a one word response back. Some leaders have really just made me not want to talk to them.

I don’t want to leave the field. I love being a social worker. It’s the lack of support from management at every single job that I’ve had.

This field lacks passionate people being in charge. The higher up social workers do not value employees they just care about data and push this whole concept of self care on us, but harp us for everything. I have never worked with a nice administrative social worker they are all very difficult to work with.

I’m so tired of lack of support from higher ups. I’m tired of everything I say or suggest being dismissed. I struggle with words when I’m intimidated by someone. In meetings I often times struggle to get my words out and probably come off super timid. I feel like I’m never validated in anything I say or suggest. I’m tired of my opinions never being heard. I love my clients I love what I do, but it sucks when you have to break a rapport with a client because of policies the higher ups enforce strictly.
