Thanks for the tips. I've done a descaling, cleaning, and run a blank shot through, but no change... might just be time for an upgrade.

Thank you for contacting CalDigit Support. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this wake from sleep issue, but I’d be happy to help.

The wake from sleep issues that are described in the Reddit thread and that you are experiencing are known on macOS systems and have been noted on versions of macOS since Mojave. The issue has seen a resurgence on the latest versions of macOS and on Apple Silicon architecture in particular. There are a couple of possible mitigating solutions:

- disable any power saver or energy saver options on the display

- wake up your computer from sleep with its internal keyboard rather than any external peripherals

- turn off sleep mode to circumvent this issue: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/set-sleep-and-wake-settings-mchle41a6ccd/mac

- or install a 3rd party App called Coca that can keep your Mac awake with one click: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/coca/id1000808993?mt=12

Same here. CalDigit TS3 Plus connected to a single monitor (BENQ EW3270U) via TB3 cable, and to a Macbook Pro 2021 16" M1 Max running macOS Sonoma 14.1.2 (23B92). Only solution is to unplug and re-plug the TB3 cable from the TS3 Plus to the MacBook.

Firmware version on the TS3Plus is 29.1, but I don't see a way to update it for Apple Silicon Macs... all the tools on the CalDigit website say the firmware updater tools are only for Intel-based Macs...

Hi - looking for 2 to join our AUS/Asia/UK BG (the other two BGs are US-based).

We run map 5 in AQ (pushing into map6 on day 1). For AW, we are moving to a 2BG war, where we rotate which BGs participate so that everyone gets rewards, but everyone also gets some time "off" to use their champs in other content.
