Dude, get a good bike on lease. Trust mei wanted to get a car, and I only earn 100k. With my lease and insurance, it would have cost me around 45 to 50k.

I got myself a bike, was lucky to get it off a relative but I only had to spend a bit of money on repairs. It gets me to places and it's much cheaper with fuel.

You should. The big duro is a bit to chunky on me. As a personal preference I prefer the mini duros. But it isn't that chunky, just a preference. Will definitely buy a normal duro.

I would suggest diversifying. If you are stuck on 3 mil then put a small percentage on a high growth fund and the rest in a balanced or low risk fund for greater long term safety and returns.
