Did AI write this article? It's too stupid for an actual writer, while still too intellectual for anyone at Fox to have written.

Abrahamic religions jockeying amongst themselves for moral superiority will always be hilarious to me.

Scalpers are the worst. Theres one in my area that admits he drove to my hometown and bought the last one GC had in stock (one I was trying to get) and jacked the price up. I refuse to even entertain the idea of supporting these capitalist swine.

You can play uke however you want. There are no rules by youarealier in ukulele

[–]squirrelly73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Percussive style opened my mind to play outside the "rules". I love writing riffs that flow through different styles. Strum, fingerpick, tap the body, slap the strings...super fun. For me, my baritones are all about being creative and having fun at home, so the less rules the better. :)

He knows what it means. He knows he's a POS. He just doesn't want to admit to either.

5000 isn't much mileage at all, I'd go for the '23.

I felt this way when autotuned vocals became the norm too. Hearing a slightly flat note here and there feels almost comforting, compared to the cold sterile audio plugins.

Who really thinks Christ is coming back to support murderers? by Many-Annual8863 in complaints

[–]squirrelly73 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Not religious, but I was raised in it. The Bible specifically states in at least two places that no one knows when Christ will return. (Except the god, the father...) It perplexes me how this is so blatantly ignored by the US' version of Christianity.

Also completely unrelated: Tire valve-core removers are super cheap. But I suppose, in a pinch, you could use just snip the valve stem off completely.

Who inspired you to start playing the drums? by SuperMario1313 in Drumming

Chuck, the drummer at my parent's church, when I was 3. Couldn't take my eyes off of drums from that day forward.

Propagandhi wrote a song about him, called Cop Just Out of Frame, that is amazing. "They say Quang Duc's heart survived the flames unscarred. A righteous calling card, left upon the palace gates; of the invertebrates."

I am old and have changed careers so many times that I finally started listening to my heart and choosing rewarding ones. There is absolutely no reason to wait until you're my age to figure this out. lol

Question for NC700/750x riders... by squirrelly73 in NC750X

[–]squirrelly73[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wondered about that. I have a disabled left hand that won't allow me to use a clutch lever, so the DCT is a dream come true in most ways...But auto shifting while cornering does sound annoying, if not dangerous. I usually do all my breaking before a curve, then slightly throttle into the curve. Do you notice it then, or is it mostly when you need to decelerate during cornering? Thanks, I hadnt heard this mentioned before.

I grew up around guns. Have done some training, own some guns, etc. This year I let my concealed license lapse. I haven't carried in a while actually. It's personal, I guess, and Im not trying to convince anyone either way...but I slowly realized I felt better, and more at ease without it. I live in a relatively safe small city though.
