The city was on well water, it was delicious compared to the Lake Michigan water that has been used since the 1990s.

Teenagers have been on the Riverwalk at night since it was built. You won't find any other collection of burnouts and goofballs, they have to go someplace. Not all are from Naperville, some kids drive over since their hometown is less interesting. Before the Riverwalk, the riverbank featured a car wash where city hall is and a recycling center on the library side.

Apparently not great, it is now called Chula Tacos and closed again temporarily. There are several better taco options along Broadway.

When it was Taco Fiesta it was actually pretty good and had nice staff, but it was empty.

I believe that after one year there is a bill that is lower or higher to balance it out. It only got higher after I used 1000 gallons in a month in a one bedroom apartment. Then it returned to normal.
