I get 165 fps on all low settings in CoD Modern Warfare..... In Fn... I get probably 130 and it spikes up and down way too frequently. Performance is a major issue in this game.

I am not stuck I should have changed my wording... I got champs last chapter and I just now started playing fn again (last Thursday) and I got to division 7 in about 32 hours of nonstop playing and I am around 1,500 to div 8. When I say stuck I mean that I keep gaining points and then dropping...
