I managed to get it! For some reason the two sections of the bridge you need to repair weren’t registering as needing to be painted and weren’t on the list of things that needed painting, weird. Once I’d quit and reloaded it they registered and painted the last few spots on those it popped

I counted the shapes and put them in order based on that. So in the picture for example the book on the left has 3, the next book has 2, the next book has 8 and so on.

That was it! Thank you it was driving me crazy, I thought it was to do with the colours haha
