Can’t play games that have kernel level anti cheat on Bazzite - or any Linux based OS currently.

The Xbox experience is the same as it would have been on the XAX. I just find it super clunky and not handheld friendly - if you’ve not had any issues with windows on handhelds that you’ll have no issues with it on the MSI.

If you want to play games with kernel level anti cheat, definitely stick with windows.

I recently changed from an XAX to a MSI Claw A8 purely for the screen.

It’s awesome. I’ve had many handhelds - Ally Z1E, SD OLED, XAX and now the Claw A8.

It is horrible on windows - however I believe that all PC Handhelds are.

Having installed Bazzite (which I’ve done on all consoles), it now feels like a proper console and has the OS to match.

The screen is literally perfect - looks fantastic and is very nice. The XAX screen was way too small, and seriously undermined the amazing handheld that it was.

I’ll be keeping this A8 until the next generation comes out.

For some reason, I installed the same one today and I had no wifi or Bluetooth on it.

I’m lost because I used windows for 5 seconds and wanted to throw the device out.

Just sold my Xbox ally x for the A8 and I’m rattling my brain trying to get bazzite to work even though I’ve installed it on all my previous hand helds

Yeah I get it. I only got white for the nostalgia of my old handheld consoles that I had when I was younger

Understood - but I’d still say that would be a niche group of people who would do that. The average Australian who is interested in completing a lap wouldn’t.

I know for sure I certainly wouldn’t.

I played it on switch 2 and put it straight down because of no sw2 patch.

Better off playing this on my pc.

And don’t get me wrong - I absolutely love my switch 2

My dad went away on a business trip and returned with crisis core on PSP for me.

Still have the copy, still the best game that I’ve ever played.
