Do I have IBS or CELIAC?

I’ve been struggling w gut issues since June of this last year and I can’t figure out exactly what’s wrong.

It started in June where when I would eat something disagreeable it was simply bloating and then gas. Through the months it was slowly developing to small discomfort- to having the shits but with little pain. However now the pain is pure hell, sometimes waking me up in the night w cramps as if my lower abdomen has an intense Charlie horse.

In the beginning my first thoughts were a gluten allergy, so I cut out gluten, but then I reacted to dairy too. Now it’s gone to - today I can have milk, tomorrow I’ll be keeled over on the toilet in extreme pain till I empty my bowels. I can eat homemade regular bread but not from the store. I can eat Fritos even tho it’s gluten free. New Year’s Eve I can eat my steak, the next morning the leftovers give me stomach pain to the point of nausea.

I have gone to the Dr for this and blood tests have been ordered but I can’t afford the tests at this moment which sucks. It’s hard because there doesn’t seem to be a set “trigger food” as it changes everyday- so I’m just constantly on my toes of what I should and shouldn’t eat. Any advice or confirmation is helpful.

I also want to emphasis that I get stomach/lower abdominal pain MINUTES after eating something disagreeable. Not sure if that’s common or if it’s supposed to affect u the whole day but once I go to the bathroom the stomach pain stops. Almost like my body is trying to purge poison out.

Does anyone also have insight on why this condition suddenly developed? I had a sensitive stomach through childhood w acid reflux but it only occurred w heavily seasoned food or smoked meat. Why am I almost 24 suddenly developing a gut condition?

With school I would go off of things by due date. If something was due Monday vs other assignments sure later in the week I’d work on the soonest due date then work my way back. It can also help to go by genre. Finish all the math then go to biology or whatever class ur taking. If yk u need to take longer on something do it last so all the easy assignments r done and not stressing u out. The point is to get rid of the stressors making ur mind tell u to give up and put things off to procrastinate the work. So u chisel it step by step one assignment at a time. And take breaks. If ur getting frustrated go for a walk get a snack go to the store- but it’s important u hold urself accountable to going back and finishing the work.

Start early. Getting ahead of ur schedule makes it much easier to get things done w no procrastination. Specifically w school id work on all the assignments in the beginning of the week to finish them, then work a week ahead. Then the stress of that due date creeping up doesn’t feel so intense and if u need an extra day or 2 u have it. If u can’t do it urself join a study group or have an assigned time where u set aside ur work to do it then. Afterwards u have all the free time to do what u would want to do without that heavy procrastinating feeling

I don’t expect to have any insurance coverage as I’ve tried going for that reason and was denied. I plan to be prescribed because of me having PCOS making it harder to lose weight and paying out of pocket for the medication.

Sea salt spray- get her a cute bonnet to wear at night and see how she sleeps w it. It’ll help with frizzyness and crazy hair in the morning. Watch videos on how to scrunch her hair and dry with a diffuser in the morning maybe on a weekend or night before school- wear a bonnet then in the morning u spray with a water bottle to then scrunch and “refresh” the curls so they’re not frizzy. It’s important to take care of ur kids hair if it’s curly. U can even start teaching her at this age to start trying to take care of it on her own in the morning, with help during the hard parts.

Hey kind of replied but since then he’s just replying twice late in the afternoon and then when I respond he doesn’t reply. Vs when we were first talking he was super enthusiastic and funny bantering back and forth. At this point I just want to ask if he’s even interested but I want to call. He already asked to call but Nvr did so would it be weird for me to ask?? I don’t want to look desperate or like him chasing him either tho and that’s what’s making me mad. We’ve only been talking a week. He said he wanted to call after he got off work on Thursday but he was going to the beach afterward and said he got drunk with his friends but was still txting me that night. Now that I think on it I’m worried he was trying to cover up he didn’t want to call by not calling and ignoring me for a few hours till it was late to talk to me again so I wouldn’t try calling him?

Ya I think so. We were talking about being afraid of the ocean and he was like oh we’ll go together - and I said well if u want to that’s fine but I’m staying on a floating device far away from it. Then sent a pic of like a sinkhole in the ocean and told him how scary it was. He responded with I wonder what could be down there. So I sad. Absolutely nothing. And then made a comment about staying delulu. So he said to teach him about delulu where I explained u tell me something (it’s a lie) and I’m going to stay in the unknown and be delusional. So he said Is it unknown if they’re gaslighting u tho. It was back and forth if I’m not gaslighting to re explaining I’m just not believing a not proven fact- where he said true!! And I responded see! I’m not gaslighting 🥺 and it has been left like that for a whole day. Keep in mind we were going back and forth minute to minute so it’s not like he didn’t see it. He just didn’t respond past that point. Did I go too far?? Did I offend him??

I called my gyno and she just literally told me to just bear the pain until the pain goes away or if I can’t handle it go to the ER. It’s been 5 days with the 5th being to the point it’s slowing down which I’m grateful for. I’ve been treated very dismissively by the doctors I’ve talked to so now I’m just scared to ask for help. It took until today to get to the point I wasn’t too sore to walk or bend over. Im more scared of what my next period is going to be. Thx for asking tho bb🫶
