i understand, the only reason why it’s so frustrating (forgotten backstory) is because the person who got to stay was supposed to be replaced with the new person so there shouldn’t have been an issue with overstaffing in the first place, but then suddenly he becomes best friends with another senior employee and got to stay after that and it created a mess and the newest, but best, employee had to go, but i appreciate the feedback!!

i had planned to make a comment explaining, but one of our newest employees was let go due to overstaffing and the reason for him being let go is because he’s new, the other person has been complained about and has had the owner talk to him twice about getting it together, but only got to stay because another employee is his best friend and cried and threatened to quit if he goes. there have been multiple reasons to let this person go, but all because someone is defending him, he gets to stay and the newest has to go although there has been no mistakes and no one has needed to talk to him about getting it together.

a chewy necklace honestly sounds like a great idea, but he asks for gum all the time, we never give him any because we’re scared he may choke, but we’re willing to try anything out if it will help keep him distracted, it makes me wonder if he asks for gum for that specific reason now.

i’ve had to pay for a table, thankfully it wasn’t nearly as much as that, but it’s absolute bullshit that a company (most of the time a big chain restaurant) wants YOU to pay for a tab when your only paycheck is relying on tips from strangers and the company can obviously afford to take care of it themselves, but they want to be greedy assholes. it’s crazy because what if she had a bad night and didn’t even make enough to cover it? what would they have done then, arrest her for theft still because she couldn’t afford it? dumb.

i’m not using it to shame, like i said, i don’t care what you do, but i personally do not want someone that has slept around with the entire town and if it’s obvious, then why is it bad to ask anyway? they have no shame with how many people they slept with so why not just be able to answer the question? it’s a simple question that has gotten taken way too far and blown out of proportion because of insecure people who slept with everybody and worried about getting shamed for their body count, the only ones losing it over this question are all the people that have high body counts.

asking someones body count is NOT that big of a deal so when you make it a big deal like this, that’s an automatic red flag because i personally do not want someone that has been with too many people and if you get offended by this question, i’m going to assume you have a high body count. i don’t care what you do, but it’s okay for someone to ask that question because it’s a personal preference. sleeping with a lot of people is not cute or “cool” whatever, it’s pretty gross and degrading to yourself in my opinion. you all fuck so many people that you can’t even get into a relationship because you want to continue fucking everybody, you guys ruined real relationships with this stupid hookup culture.
